Registration fee:
- 200,00 EUR for individuals who are fully funded by a university, organization, or project;
- 100,00 EUR for individuals who are able to pay a fee but cannot afford the full amount;
- 25,00 EUR for individuals who are not funded;
- No motivation letter is required.
The collected fees will benefit the RINGS Solidarity Fund, which is designed to support Global South scholars. Individuals requiring financial aid to attend the conference can apply for assistance from this fund. Please note that support from the Solidarity Fund depends on available funding. Accommodation and travel:
Participants are responsible for their accommodation and travel expenses. The hosts will provide recommended accommodation options.
Deadlines and important dates:
All proposals, including paper presentations and other formats, must have their abstracts submitted via the link below by May 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM IST. Acceptance of proposals will be notified by (around) June 15, 2025. Details for registration will be announced on the RINGS website.
Specifications for individual presentations:
The allotted duration for each individual presentation will be twenty minutes, subsequent to which a discussion will ensue.
Registration and payment of fees:
In order to appear on the final conference programme please pay the registration fee before September 1st, 2025. When your presentation will be accepted, you will receive further information regarding the payment.
